Blight, tax abatement, eminent domain, and tax credits get a lot of attention in some parts of St. Louis City. In other parts, not so much. COCA Announces $27M Expansion, Parking Garage in U-City

The newly announced expansion is planned to begin in 2018 and be completed late the following year. A new 450-seat theater will be built on the existing adjacent surface parking lot and require the removal of the 2004 addition.
